how to remove door trims

hi i need some help. i need to remove the internal door trims. the leather part lifts off the carpeted board at the top and i can see the carpeted baord is screw fixed but i cannot get the front lower section of the leather part free and do not want to force it. is there a hidden screw or fixing?

Over a big penny washer. Also, I found that it is best to wire brush and clean up the threads when the trim is off, put a bit of oil on it and run the nut up the stud. It makes life a lot easier when you are doing the gynecology routine on assembly.Don't forget the self tapper behind the ash tray, which just pulls out to get access.
