How was your first run out of 2012...?

Been working away quite a bit since January, finally got the car out this morning for the first run of the year. What a blast, bloomin freezing though!

So after 8 weeks, the good news;

Only 1 small spot of oil on garage floor
Started first time
Everything worked (at first!)

The bad news;

Rubber seal on roof section dropped out (passenger side) when I took the roof off
Passenger window slow to raise (looks like the glass has canted forward slightly in the door)
Speedo stopped working on way back home
Hunting around a bit at idle - dropped to <500rpm at one point when hot - sure I saw the oil pressure light flicker!

The worst bit; remembering I hadn't done any of the jobs I was supposed to do to it since putting it away in November!

Hey ho - pretty sure all the post winter niggles can be solved (wish the PH search engine was better though)
Off to Camskill this week for new boots.

All worked fine until I got to the MOT station. We then spent the entire test time getting the damned thing to start, including setting fire to the garages jump start box.

I then drove home without MOT.

Not a good start
