Cigarette lighter, hassle avoidance

Had a problem recently with the Cigarette lighter (or rather battery charger / tyre pump) socket. I plugged the trickle charger in and the socket disappeared inside the door. A right pain to get at, and I now realise, easily avoided. The negative body of the socket passes through the arm rest and screws into the bit on the inside. Once it comes off you have to remove the speaker, grope around inside to remove the three bolts ( one of which shears off ), graze your arm etc just to screw it back. So I advise, if your Griff has a lighter in the arm rest check that the outer part of the body is tight before it drops inside. It’s a lot more fun going for a blast than fumbling around inside the door.

Rather it was "I Can't Explain" or "Won't Get Fooled Again" as "Fiddling about" was a bit pervy!!!!!

or maybe if the lighter said "see me feel me" it may have helped maters?

Cheers Beano - Now do you want the list of all the other anacronims I don't understand, has someone posted this before??? It would be a good idea!!! It could be updated with new stuff etc etc.

We could nominate someone like DustyC to adjudicate/manage the TVR Official Anacronims - he could decide which new stuff could be allowed/added etc etc........

What do you think Dusty???
