camber/toe in etc on 4.3 BV

I have just discovered i have a lot of wear on the inside of my offside tyre(so2s)and no problem with any other tyre.i have done a track day and Zolder plus Nureburg ring for for 1.5 laps. my Griff is mainly a road car and needs setting as such. What should the camber and toe be. Any ideas please

This is covered in the bible pages 336 -337. If you push the car with road settings, you will wear the insides because the camber settings will not cope with the body roll.
Page 209 has the settings: -0 .5 to -1 camber, 20 minutes toe in.
