Track day at Goodwood tomorrow with BAT.
Im using bridgestone S03's and taking a set of S02s which I may change into to finish them off.
I will run at 2 PSI extra all round.
Gonna top the oil up to just over the high level.
And I'll empty the boot and glove box.
Full tank of fuel on the way there.
Anything else I might have forgotten?

Bolt on mufflers?
Cigar lighter powered air-pump.
Decent tyre pressure gauge.
Bottle of water.
Change of T-Shirt if it's hot!

Comfy shoes like tennis or squash shoes.

especially if you are finishing off a set of tyres, try really whacking up the pressures.
this was suggested to me by a guy who races a chim, so i went to 35 all round (37 hot at the end of the session) and was amazed how much better the car handled. Especially if you do it halfway through the session, to feel the change.
Some trackdays require uk driving license, both parts.

Froget Starmists advice on the sarnies - too much effort!
Just take some cash for the sarnie wagon or the Pizza Hut down the road.
If you need fuel, there is a Shell garage further along the A27 going East (Appx 3 miles past Chichester) at a roundabout, there's also a Texaco near this but on the West bound carriageway. Failing that Sainsurys is just down the road form Goodwodd if you want to put cr*p in the car. You *will* need to fill up at lunchtime.

A long sleeved top, your arms need to be covered.
Good track day silencers, and a £50 bung for the guy on the noise meter, but what ever you do....DO NOT p1ss him/them off
Good brakes, when you get to the end of the Lavant straight you will see why
BTW BAT do a brake pad replacement service, and it might pay to take a spare set with you.
Take some oil, and overfill slightly the engine, as you will get oil surges at Lavant, and St Marys. To little oil in the sump and you'll lose oil pressure and a shed load of dosh for a non event.

A few retorts for the Beamer boys, my fav being when an m3 went into the gravel at woodcote, i just walked past and muttered something about germans getting to the beach first
Driving licences are not needed there, but it doesn't hurt to take it.
Trackday insurance.
Brake fluid...to top up the resovoir, as you eat into the pads.
a decent tyre pressure gauge, and footpump or compressor, a wheel brace to check the wheel nuts through the day.
I always take a basic tool kit.
One other thing is with madgewick, you know you have got the line right, when you don't feel the back try to step out over a bump, in the middle of the corner.

St Marys is more fun IMHO, glad you enjoyed it... i love that place.
you got through the noise test ok???
Dont see what all the fuss is about the noise test. Found the testers to be very pleasent people. Especially as they measured
4500 @95db
Had a chat with them after and they mentioned they get a lot of grief from people.
St Marys is another good one, heading straight towards the grass on the right as the track dips and all under power.
But the whole tyre squealing climax of Lavant with its powered winding exit is just a great feeling.
I didnt do that fast corner (forget its name) at full pelt but saw 115/120 through there.
Got 135/140 on the straight after Lavant.
And when it rained I got 45 degrees each way 3 times (fish tailing severly) after the chicane and right in front of the pit entrance. Also got brown pants doing it!
