Help Serpentine Belt wanted

Going to France on Sunday and wanted to pack a spare belt, live in Blackpool so rang the factory as usual NO STOCK are ther any dealers etc that could courier me one today (Thursday 22nd July) or let me know of anyone who has stock of one

The bloke who serviced my car reckoned that the belts should be available via alot of local motor spare shops. You will need the spec that's printed on the belt, mine is something like V7 1850 - that's the number of grooves on the belt and and the length of it. My car has PAS but no air-con.

Aparently it's 7PK-1850 7 row 1850 long

If all else fails, I've got a spare with you can borrow, if you don't mind swinging by Warwickshire on your way to France (5 mins off jct 10 M42)

Phew... now sorted, thanks to everyone who replied, I managed to get one from a non- motoring source (local engineering supplies) so I've got 5 coming so if anyone else needs one get in touch.

I can't believe I can't buy an alternator belt from the factory, you'd thing a consumable item like this would have to be readily available to meet manufacturing regs....ho hum
