Treat yourself to a book or two on TVR's,go on e-bay and buy some of the age related brochures and sales literature from when yours was made and just 'soak it all up' one evening whilst thinking about some lovely drives to take it on when you get it
Enjoy it!!! Probably one of the best car related/material indulgent times of you life. Nothing else will ever quite compare to that feeling of your first Griff,it's magical
Sorry,I guess I havent helped the wait have I?

Not really!
I think I've done pretty well.
Back in the country for four days, took the wife for a weekend away before starting work proper.
Came back with a pre-cat.
She has a slightly bemused look on her face and keeps muttering 'how did that happen'.
I've the books about, but in boxes. Am currently sourcing a garage to keep it in whilst the boxes are cleared from here.
eBay looks a good call!
