'located behind the glovebox'...hmmm...

Variously described as having a big red button on top of it and large-ish...

All I can find is a thing looking like a large (still smaller than a matchbox) microswitch on the lefthandside of 'behind the glovebox' - and accessible from below the glovebox, not over and behind it.

Could this be the fuel cut-off switch?

What does yours look like (especially on your pre-cat)?

on a 95 Sepr., it looks like a big connector, and is mounted on the rear (visible) face of the heater matrix box (black plastic) with is in front of the glovebox. You may be able to access it without taking the glove box out, but it's easier with it removed, which is only two allen screws inside the glove box.

On my pre-cat it's mounted on the front scuttle up and to the right of the glove box opening where starmist says, it's shinny black plastic with a plastic pin sticking out the top (this is the reset switch). You should push it down to reset, you may be able to pull it up to see if its working.

I can send pic Saturday afternoon if you're still having probs.
