The immobiliser/alarm even when disarmed can still take current from the battery. Another culprit is the passenger footwell light relay/timer(yellow usually on the relay/fuse panel), they can also drain the battery if faulty. You could try and measure the current drain with everything apparently switched off.
I fitted a high current battery plug/socket in the engine bay to:
1. Isolate everything
2. Charge the battery rather than grovel in the footwell
