Griff dies in sympathy
Discussion
Following yesterdays spectacular announcement my Griff has decided to throw a tantrum.
Put the ignition on, all fine. Start the car and the petrol gauge drops to nothing (i.e. stops working) and the green indicator led (between the oil and ignition lights on the dash) is permanently illuminated. The car idles okay'ish but as soon as I try to pull away it just dies. Also tried to indicate left or right but nothing happens.
I didn't have a chance to fiddle to much as I was on my way to work so just grabbed my other car. Disapointing as I was looking forward to a blast in the sunshine.
Has anyone seen this before? I guess it could be fuel pump or maybe an electrical problem?
Cheers,
Graham

There are two under the centre console and one on the steering column bolt (you can see this if you get your head in the footwell and look up at the column) I don't think the bible mentions this one, although my car has it. I believe that these earths can affect your instruments.

Alos one under the RAD as you look through the mouth, mine is on the left hand side, They are under a bolt the holds body to chassis.
Engine to Chassis one behind Drivers side wheel.
Two under Centre console About in line with the start of the door openers although you will need to lift the console to get to them.
