interior morror

had my windscreen replaced, old mirror doesnt want to fit onto new screen, looks like the bit glued to the scren maybe different, though as the old screen has been discarded, I cant tell.


anyone know if there were different mirror fitments?

the original screen had tvr on it, so i guess it was not a replacement

I have some superb tape if it is, we can do next week before departure

no, this is the pucker tvr jobbie.....it simply wont go back on, tyhe metal part of the morror "stub" sits too proud to slide onto the new bracket.....

ok, checked mine, that part is broken, so ordered another.

think the fitter was just clumbsy and broke it, and the metal part was no longer sitting properly in the plastic part..

I just hate giving my car to numpties....
