What make is the Track Rod?
Discussion
The track rod end is Ford Escort MK4 from what I've read, but is the track rod MK4 or TVR made?
The rod to above should be from a MK4 from what the guy at the part store told me, the one at the bottom is from my '96 non-PAS Griff.

Edit: or is the correct name for it Steering Rack Rod With Axial Joint?

Does anyone have an idea?
As you see the Track Rod with Axial Joint at the bottom has a female threading which mounts directly onto the piston on the steering rack. But the new one I bought which 'should' fit to a Escort MK4, doesn't fit at all.
I have male threading on the steering rack piston, and female threading on the Track Rod/Axial joint. I have more pictures if that would be helpful.
