Check the door switch on the cill at the bootom of the door is operating correctly. Also check you've got a rubber blob on the door to push the button in otherwise the system will assume the door is still open. They get a lot of stick down there and fail regularly. FFG
Pretty sure the precats dont have the button blob on the door. If one solenoid is locking , the chances are its not the door pin switches, so probably a dicky solenoid. If you replace it dont worry about buying a 5 wire, only the motor wirea are used......
