I'm selling my beloved Griff 500 and wondered whether anyone had any suggestions beyond, of course, PH classifieds (already there)? I have wondered about James Agger, Rob Ingleby and Henley TVR's store'n'sell. All comments / anecdotes welcome.

Thanks.

Autotrader web site.

I've sold a few cars this way via the Internet only. It's only about £15 for 2 weeks.

If it's really your pride & joy, try James. These are the cars he's really looking for. However, be honest, if it's a bit tatty (and I'm trying not to offend here), don't ring him.

But if it's A1, he's your man. He only buys in cars that he'd buy for himself, so if you like, it's a back handed compliment to you if he takes yours.

I bought Wol through James, and met the previous owners last weekend. I was pleased that they thought I'd kept him in as good a condition as they had.

Thanks so far.

bridgdav - Yes, two PHers:
-One bloke eventually bought from a dealer (for the support).
-The other said it was the best he'd seen but decided he didn't want a second TVR (he did already have a nice shiny T350).

Interestingly there was more interest before I dropped the price. I wonder if potential buyers are now thinking it's a scruffy one. Difficult since everyone says their's is good condition. Could be to do with summer holidays as well, I suppose.
