Drivers Mirror Misaligned?
Discussion
There isn't an adjustment on the mirror body in the up/down position Mike.
Its possible the mirror is adjusted too far in towards you, I think that will make the mirror body angle downwards too.
Does it look different to the angle of the passenger door mirror?
Can you get a photo of it?
It could be that you either need to push it out - which I know is stating the obvious but you never know - or that you need to undo the grub screw which holds the head onto the metal bracket and realign the head.

I found with great care I could rotate mine as the mount screws in to the fitting bonded to the door - doing so will change the angle of the entire unit, but if more than a degree or two off I would assume it is pretty evident it is wrong. Big caution, if you turn it too hard you will break the castle, it's designed to break under impact - so you must be careful. Before taking that route make sure the mirror's glass is not the issue, perhaps it is not moving as far as it should. You could put a level against the body of the mirror and move the top or bottom of the level out until it is perpendicular to the ground - be sure the mirrors are both the same position as far as the click detents that allow the mirror to fold in towards the windows - measure the gap from the level to the body and compare to the other side of the car. If they differ then one is rotated and either the grub screw undo / twist / redo, or gentle twist of the unit will do it.
