Can anyone help I'm a bit desperate. 300miles from home I've pulled over as a warning light has come on. It flickered for a while and now is permenantly on. It's a red exclamation mark in a circle. What does it mean? How worried should I be?

Could be the brake fluid level, on top of wing on drivers side.

Yes probably brake fluid level.

However the plug on mine where it connects to the fluid filler cap has for some obscure reason burnt out confused So might be worth checking the connector if all is well with your levels.

Thanks for all your posts guys they were a massive help. I couldn't remember which was the backup oil pressure warning light and without the manual I was terrified I was about to detonate the engine.

Sorry not for posting sooner but I posted on my mobile and then ran out of battery making frantic phone calls (all to no avail). Thanks to the posts I was able to check the brake fluid levels (fine) and nurse the car home for a detailed investigation of the cause. This could have been the ruin of our Goodwood Revival weekend but everything turned out well in the end.
