For my Griff-project i am looking for a set of the "newer style" dials.

I am aware of the implications to fit them, but want them anyway, it is almost a full rebuild anyway...

I would like the white/light color dials with the matt alu bezels.

Thnx in advance!

I got new dials for my Griff from http://www.etbinstruments.com/

ETB were the original suppliers to TVR , they stock lots of different dials needles faces and outer rims, they rebuilt all my instruments very reasonable with white faces red needles and chrome rims,

looks a lot better than the original all black ones.

Still interested in a complete set as well though, it might save the explanation- and waiting time ;-)

Unless they're connected in some way that's not correct as Caerbont were the suppliers of TVRs OEM instruments.

Looking good! I contacted them (and also the CAI-guys.) if they also do the matt bezels and the TVR-logo's.

My griff had Black gauges which had TVR on front with ETB on rear, when i went to ETB they said they supplied the early Griffs and Chims , but tvr used several companies depending on who could supply them at the time.

Ah Ok, I didn't realise they used someone else in between Stewart Warner and Caerbont

Trouble with TVR they used different companies all the time , my neighbors Griff is 1995 mine is a 1994 our electrics are completely differant, his instruments are not ETB not sure whos they are, i fitted the Hot start Kit to his but couldnt fit it to mine as all the wiring is different, I havnt got a 100amp fuse the wiring goes directly from the alternator to the Starter motor without a break in it.

I spoke to a TVR employee at the griff growl and he said every car was different depends what they had on the shelf at the time, pain when trying to source parts.

Good Luck with your rebuild ,,,
