Brake lights slow to light up
Discussion
While in traffic the other day I noticed, in the reflection of the headlights of the car behind, that my brake lights don't illuminate with light braking. They do illuminate with medium to heavy brake pedal pressure.
I'm guessing this has something to do with the switch above the pedal in the footwell. Can the switch be fixed/modified to register a light pedal movement?

yes, just move the switch contacts, or perhaps the switch mechanism has just got sticky....use silicone lubricantI'm guessing this has something to do with the switch above the pedal in the footwell. Can the switch be fixed/modified to register a light pedal movement?
