Drive shaft expensive?

My nearside drivshaft has sight play on the splines both end and I cannot find a supplier that just sells the shaft. I have found the complete shaft and CV joints at £590 from Racing Green.
Alternatively does anyone know if I can get the complete unit cheaper elsewhere.
I had no cause to check the shaft due to any noises only I have removed the diff for a re-build and I am checking all components while they are out.
