high performance battery

I intend to change the battery of my Griff.

Since I have two big amplifiers in the car, what would be the best choice :

1) A Yellowtop from Optima ? Crank rating : 690 Amps - Capacity : 55 amps sustainable output. This type of battery is used in car audio and professional use
or a Stinger ? but it is expensive.
3) Bosh Silver Plus : Crank : 600 Amps Capacity 62 amps sustainable output
4) Prestolyte Plus : Crank : 680 Amps - Capacity 70 amps sustainable output
or other ?

Which is the minimum capacity / crank rating required ?

The bible suggests the battery should be type 072 with 630CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) but such a battery did not exist at any of the local motor factors. The existing battery (fitted by a dealer) and the recommended battery (from the Lucas manual) is 069 but that only has 590CCA. In the end, I managed to squeeze in a Lucas 033/4 (with some creaking from the fibreglass battery box) which has 670CCA. It will now do 30mph on the starter motor alone!

I am interested by the Optima Yellow top battery 4.2. l S since it is a deep-cycle battery with dual use (starter battery as well).

If the CCA is 690 Amps, I am not sure that the reserve capacity (55 Ah) is enough for the Griff.

Any advice ?

I have a RedTop 20 fitted which is only 17ah and have had no problems. Obviously I have a low power charger connected to power the alarm / Immobiliser etc when it is left for several days.
