ive noticed that the passenger side of my bonnet moves a little at speed. nothing dramatic, but I was wondering if anyone had a "fixing" that prevented it.

I dont want to put a pin through the bonnet, so it would need to be something that was not visible externally.

Guessing that's its the front of the bonnet that's moving ?
Both my Griffs suffer from this, it's due to the Micky Mouse design TVR came up with for locating the front of the bonnet . There are 2 nylon bushes on each front edge of the bonnet that slide into troughs in the front inner wings. On my first Griff the nylon bushes were very worn down and the bonnet moved about a lot. at the time I couldn't get replacement bushes, so I wrapped each bush in electrical tape, bit trial and error, but it did the trick !

more the back of the bonnet, by the screen.

I looked at the fronts, i'm just about to machine some better fitting bushes for there, as one side has some play.

i looked at those, but really don't want to drill the bonnet, or have anything you can see externally.

I fitted a pair of small electro magnets on my chim bonnet which were energised when the engine is running. Worked brilliantly! One magnet mounts on the bonnet, the other in an opposing position on the bodywork. When energised they stick like st together smile

If you have the chin spoiler/splitter fitted that creates a negative air pressure area that as well as helping to draw air through the radiator it also sucks the bonnet down and stops it flapping.

that sounds like a plan.

Something like this...

This would mount in the engine bay. A metal plate then bonded (pu adhesive) onto the bonnet above.
