Covering my Griff

I'm getting a Griff next weekend (and I'm more excited than a five year old going to Disneyworld!) Anyway, for reasons which are too complicated to explain, I'll be garaging the car for six days/nights a week and it will sit on my drive for one day/night a week. I have two questions:
Firstly, are there any particular car-covers that people can suggest for that one night of the week;
Secondly, If the car is wet and I put a cover on it, am I likely to do more harm by trapping the moisture between the car and the cover?

The trapped moisture over one night won't do any harm but it will over longer periods.More harm will be done putting a cover on a dirty car as this will cause scratching.

I have a griff 500 that has lived outside in all weathers for the last 3 years.
I use the leven half (hood) cover, to keep out the elements, it stops the issue of puting a cover on a dirty car, basicaly get home, (dry hood with towel if wet) throw on cover and voila...
It does a stoking job of keeping the hood dry and the water out of the car, and if the paintwork is well waxed the rain/dirt just run off..

Leven one is excellent .... just got my Griffith back and am using it until new parking area means I can use my new clam canopy. The Leven hoods fit brilliantly and is not bothered by wind etc .... For one night a week I'd say it'd be the best.
I ahve kept both TVR's I've owned outside for the last 4 years ...... no issues. Once you've sorted any leaks, as long as you use it fairly relularly I have had no issues.

I'm also looking for a cover and after reading this and another post (many thanks PHer's) get the impression that for a good waterproof cover for the whole car it boils down to Covercraft or Classic Additions. Having looked into the prices and read the marketing blurb, there seems to be quite a difference in price but both descriptions are similar.
Covercraft has the lead at the moment but has anyone got a Classic Additions cover to comment on?

Hi, my car also unfortunately lives outside! I use a Covercraft Weathershield cover, 100% waterproof (it really is) & breathable.
I do find myself constantly cleaning my car so as not to scratch it though. It does mean every time i use the car its spotless which is nice...
