anyone know this griff s8 mjc

looking at this ocean haze griff at tony gilberts, very interested but wonder if anyone knows anything about this car.
just wondering if it may be a bit overdelveloped for normal road use,
i have had a quick test drive , seems ok perhaps a bit lumpy low down, but i have not driven a griff for 10 years so cant really remember what they were like

Think it was in the TVRCC Speed challenge (hill climb/sprint series). It's got quite a few sensible tweeks by the look if it & the chassis looks clean in the engine bay shot.
