Just a quick question. Being the most non technical Griff owner on the planet who is about to change the plugs, what are the recommended gaps and will my new plugs from Racetech be pre set ?

If you've gone with the usual B7ECS recommendation then just slap them in as the gap out the box will be spot on... in fact, NGK advise not to bend the electrodes due to the different design. Cue string of posts urging you to use anything but the recommended plugs... smile

Spot on advice, go with it. Plugs come out of the box just right, gap is absolutely fine for the Griff. Pete
