BIG VALVE soundtrack

Is it possible to get a BV sound from a standard 4.0 Pre cat Griff,I know about the engine differences,and I understand that the BV has a through exhaust system, Is it just a case of changing the exhaust system , or is there a bit more to it than that.
(Maybe im just being greedy as my 4.0 sounds amazing as it is)

Exhaust is the same for all models, the 4.3 has bigger ports in the head and different cam which change the noise.

As well as the Big Valve engine it has this Peninsula supplied straight through exhaust system
