Windscreen wiper motor problems
Discussion
My wipers packed in today on my Griff 500 whilst driving in the rain, they do work, but only on the fastest setting and will not park automatically.
I've been through all the electrical checks at the wiper motor with my multimeter and it all checks out ok, intermittent, first and second speed....i checked both sides of the parking switch, in and out....all fine.
It seems a little odd ( to my simple mind anyway) that if the motor is knacked that it will still operate on the fastest setting.....is it time for a new motor ? Anyone had a similar problem ?
Cheers

Don't leave it as the motor can get very hot snd start a fire.
