Hi Angus,

Good to see you on the A1M this morning. I had to get into work otherwise I would have carried on up a couple of junctions with you. That sure is a nice exhaust note you have there. I even heard it over my sports exhaust.

I can't believe I've been driving Griffs for four years and I still damn-near wet my pants when I see another one on the road!

Your LE looks much nicer from the back than an older style Griff. It's only the brake light pods but it really makes a difference.

Good to see you out and about Paul

Thanks for the complement on my rear end Angus.

I know what you mean about seeing other TVRs. It's always great to see them. I always try to wave in time, even if they are going the other way on a motorway with very little chance of them seeing the wave. When I saw you in the distance I thought "ooh, ooh, must get up close".

How is your Griff behaving? Despite cleaning the stepper motor and the bit it screws into I am still having the problem of high revs (sometimes up to 1800rpm) at tickover, particularly when in traffic jams or in car parks. I don't like to leave the car in neutral when this happens as it sounds like I am revving it on purpose so I end up with an achy left foot holding down on the clutch while in first gear. I really should get it sorted.

Cheers for now.

Paul
