Lighter flywheel and clutch for the road anybody?

anyone fitted above, if so from whom and what are the results and cost?
I'm no expert but I would expect no benefit from fitting this to a Griffith.
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the flywheel in the Griffith is already very light.
One of the "effects" of a lightweight flywheel (apart from performance gains due to essentially lightening the drivetrain), but revs drop off very quickly.
Now certainly in my Griffith, if I blip the throttle up to 4000rpm or so, they drop almost straight back to tickover. Do the same in a standard car, and it'll take maybe a second or so to settle down.
There is light and light depending on how big your pockets. The smaller the flywheel, the smaller the clutch and extreme very small flywheels require multi plate paddle clutches which are expensive and very off on in operation. They also need different starter motors. John Eales does them... budget around £1500 for the kit. If you don't want to go that far, there are lightened same diameter units available from John but the chances are that you have something similar in the first place.
