How can I lock the car without setting alarm?

If I want to leave the pup in the car I'd like to be able to lock it! I think he will set the alarm off with the standard setup.

He's getting fed up being locked in the boot I can tell you

I think (although I might be talking b0770935, of course) that holding the plip in for a period will immobilise but not set the alarm.

Assuming we're talking about a Meta 99.....

Recommend you try somewhere quiet first!

It'll never set of the sensor leaving it in the boot poor thing.

I think if you look in the owners manual you can set the alarm locking the doors as normal, and then press the other button within a certain time limit and it will bip once meaning the Interior sensor is off.

I would imagine that yours is similiar to mine as similiar year.

I have the occasional false alarm in the garage when one of the cats decide to take a nap in the Griffith. Is it realy possible to lock the car and not set alarm ??, if so, can someone please PM me how to do so.

Ok, had an email from Big Al, it's all clear now. The cats and me can sleap without being rudly interrupted by the alarm.

With the Meta99T hold the plipper down for more than 2 seconds. Indicators flash 3 times (normally flash 2 times).

Alarm is now set but microwave interior scanner is off.

Car is still immobilised.

Don't forget to put little fluffy mittens on the mut so he doesn't scratch the leather. Oh and leave a bottle in with him to p155 in!
