Doesn't seem so.
Take just the BV's for instance. There were (apparently) 25 factory 4.3Big Valves but there is a lot of confusion even about these because there were Factory conversions and Dealer conversions. Even though the dealer conversions were done through TVR the numbers are very vague.

And then there are the 4.5 big valve cars and I've seen a 4.9.
I don't believe anyone knows the exact mumber and different people will give you different answers (even within the factory) but the majority of answers are in the range between 2,300 and 2,500.
Haven't read Rogers book fully yet so he may have got to the holy grail although he ceratinly hadn't about 2 months ago.

i thought the figures were about 2500 griff 500's
And for the pre-cat 700 in total of 4.0's, 4.3, and including 25 4.3 bv, and 10 4.5 bv... (A Collectors Guide - TVRs Tasmin to Chimaera)
but a number of the standard 4.3, being modded later to bv upgrades, and a few with various engine swaps replacements.
