Hi

Underneath the T behind the seats are to brackets, the T is bolted to those. Undo them and the rear lifts up and should slide backward. You need to release the handbrake cable so the handbrake can be lifted to the vertical.

The two bolsters are separate and the consul lifts off them.

I'm assuming that the SE that you have is the same as the normal Griff but it might be different as I remember that the dash is different on on the SE

2 screws in front of the door release handles?... mine does not have these?... take care of the ribon cable for the heater controls if it has them in the consul (or are they in the dash on the SE like the pic below?)... you'll have to un-plug it if you have... the consul may be stuck.. mine took a load of pulling before it came away wink

Thank you both for the Tips on removal, will look for those brackets at rear of seats, ive had seats out recently....would have been easy then i guess, mine does have the heater controls on dash, but "Starter" push button in consul which has failed, so reason im having it all out. Thanks Gents. Peter.
