I hardly ever listen to the radio on my Griff - I'd rather listen to the engine. Anyway, my (Sony) radio is only capable of picking up one station - some local FM thingie. It got me wondering, though, where the aerial is on a Griff. Anyone know?

I think its in the boot panel - but I never listen to the stereo - in fact the front panel is in the kitchen & hasnt moved for over two years.

The exhaust is music to my ears

It's inside the bodywork, across the inside of the windscreen surround, hence the sometimes intermittent reception - at least it doesn't spoil the flowing lines though!

The windscreen theory does ring come to think of it.

So you don't know where the mirrors are either?

The aerial certainly was behind top of dash across width of car just below windscreen level...I have seen them being installed at the factory. I recall that it was a di-pole like the cheap piece of wire that comes for free with a stereo tuner...

You can get better aerials that can be concealed in the car...just have a surf

My aerial sits on top of my fuel tank behind the panel in the boot. As far as I know that is the only aerial in the car!

Yes I do - last time I looked there was an orange Chimaera behind me struggling to keep up
