Unused covers

I had a couple of covers made up a few years ago but never used them (I got a house with a garage shortly afterwards). One's a full-size car cover, the other a "cat cover" (i.e. just the roof). If anyone's interested pls PM me.

Is the full cover an inside or outside cover? I suppose reading between the lines it's an outside.
