Just got back with a fresh MOT , no advisories - 1st MOT in my ownership , so wasn't sure if anything would be needed. chuffed to bits - all ready for the summer -
would recommend the garage C&C in Navigation road in Chelmsford.

Even with all the work I do on the car it's always a relief when it gets through it's annual health check.

Good work and start planning your summer of fun now.

Yep great feeling but why should they fail if looked after?

thanks guys. I am a great believer in preventative maintenance & the car came with a really good service history , but when its the 1st MOT in my ownership I was pleased to see that no nasty issues were lurking around.best regards -

I think it maybe the usual myth regarding TVR's in general. It's not inferior parts or that TVR's are unreliable, it's just a fact that a 20 year old car has some parts on it that are 20 years old. But I agree. There shouldn't be any failures such as "you need a new chassis" if you are keeping an eye on things. With regard to the OP, as this is your first MOT, I would feel very happy as well. Looks like you got a good one! Enjoy the Indian summer.
