Anyone know what this is under the oil filter strapped to the chassis with a cable tie? Two wires in and two out - curiosity getting the better of me.......

It's just a multi connector

unplug it and see what stops working.. where do the wires go?..... isn't it oil pressure switch?

Lambda sensor connecter? Should have one each side.

It's not the oil pressure switch. Lambda sensor sounds right. One pair of wires going forward and one pair to the passenger footwell. Follow the wiring?? - blimey it's tight down there

It's the wiring for the carbon cannister.

Thanks guys - just my curiosity about seeing dangly wires before I start cleaning up the chassis over the next few weeks
