Hi Everyone.
Long time since I have been on here,sold my lovely Griff a few years ago as you know.
My question is what's happened to Griff prices they seem to have risen quite substantially,looking to re-join the fold and on the look out for a Griff.
Notice my ex Griff for sale and cannot believe how much it's up for sale at,would like it back but would never pay the price they want for it now!
What's the score?

Life has moved on considerably since you sold your Griff and the majority are now all powered by either the LS engines for the really old skool geezers or flux capacitors for us cool dudes.
You'll find Chimaera owners are waaaaaay behind the times, so the prices of their golf carts are relatively cheap.

Little heads up from the continent; prices in the UK have gone up, on the continent they have stagnated, especially the RHD ones (which have been taken from Blighty in the last decade......)
So it might be worth your while to have a look, see sites like, OOYYO, mobile.de and autoscout (all english 'translatable')

I've always had a real itch for a T350T and have watched their prices steadily rise above my budget now.
the Tamora has slowly grown on me and I see it as the next generation Griffith. As the T cars have so much in common, if you're considering the Tuscan don't rule out the Tam.
Ant was a real Griff head but after swapping his Griff for a Tam he says he is glad he did.
If you consider it you might want to drop him an email and get his opinion from the horses mouth.
Not that I'm trying to keep you out of the Griff fraternity mate, It would be great to have you back in the fold.
I would say 20 k for an average 500 is about right, but it depends on the country, France somewhat higher, Germany somewhat lower, NL and Belgium on par.
There is however deals to be done, 400/430/450 seem to be more popular due to lower taxation (again different in the various countries, despite EU....)
Guess rising prices do make rebuilds more worth the while, and is hence good for TVR as a marque

Hi Craig, good to see you still lurking around the forums. Griff prices have gone up quite considerably since you sold your stunning car.
If I sold my Griff and then found myself in a position to purchase another Tiv I am not sure I would go same again. I do love the Griff but I think already having had the experience of owning one I would take the opportunity to try something different out rather than same again. I would personally go for a T350C or possibly a cerb.

I know I shouldn't be a deviant but I would love to swap out one of my Griffs for a Sag but the prices of Sags are on another level......
I still think you can't go wrong with a Griff, they have everything; looks, performance, noise and they are very manageable in terms of maintenance, spares etc.
Although prices are rising, I still think the right car is out there for you. Just be patient.

I didn't know you could get them yet. Oh well... back to the drawing board then. I might look in to this when the funds are available in the future .
