What TVR is to me
Discussion
I posted a picture on the internet of a silver TVR T350 RR,and I had a reply saying that TVR are rubbish and always broke down. Now I know it's down your opinion and so on, but as my farther had a TVR Griffith 500, pictures to come, I couldn't stand by with out saying my view. TVR, in my opinion, is one of the most outrageous, loud and beefy car makes there was. Yes TVR's break down, I should know as my dad and I went down to Italy from Devon and in Rome the spark plugs went and we were stuck on the side of the motor way until 2 very kind families pulled over and helped us push the car to the next petrol station; amazing I know, but all cars break down. And if you were to hear that burble and raw. See the radical body design which made the cars stand out even more, the complete insanity of the Sagaris, the curves of the Griffith and the brute force of Cerbera 4.5. Other makes could never properly catch the same aspects of TVR, maybe thats for better or for worse. Some of the amazing stories I could tell: from road and drag races against a Lamborghini diablo on the autobahn in Germany, and we stuck with it till 173 mph, and fighting through a crowd of about 60 to get to the car in Monaco then blasting through the tunnel to then stay in a hotel and parking next to MICHAEL SCHUMACHER's Ferrari F50. Just the fact you hear one before you see it and then when you do see it, you will remember it. For me, there fan bleeding tastic.
