450 v8 camshaft

hello, i want ask to you if the engine 450 of Griffith is the same of the engine of the chimera 450. these engines are the same of 4.6 of range rover p38? i want know what camshaft has the engine of chimera 450 and what camshaft has the engine of Griffith 450.

Not sure on the Chimps as all the UK ones had catalytic converters and associated engine mods. A pre-cat Griffith 430 has a Kent H214 camshaft and so I would expect that a Griffith 450 would be the same.
