Refurbishing wheels

Would anyone recommend a good wheel refurbishing company in or around the north west, I think my wheels could do with a spruce up
new set of "blue printed " Toyo's are showing up a couple of scuffed rims.

the merc garage i formely worked for used pristine not sure were they are based but they have a high standard of finish and are 1 of the few companies that will polish to mirror finish wheels, as well as diamond cut which lasts 5 minutes try google for more info hope this helps
