Door trim removal help please

Can anyone help please? I am trying to remove the door panel trim and have so far removed the speaker and hidden nut behind the arm rest, plus the reflector and ashtray. According to the bible there is another screw at the lock end, can anyone tell me exactly where this is, and if there are any other hidden screws?

Reach in to the abyss and have a feel around. One by the speaker, one by the reflector, one near the door pocket if all is as was when it left the factory. Ultimately, undo what you can find, have a pull and if it's still stuck on then you've missed one!
