Inner Wing Label with cars specs on

Does anyone have a complete one on their car, or a photo which shows all the wording? Mine has worn in a few areas where the bonnet catch has scuffed it and I want to make a new one.

Hope you all know which sticker I'm on about, mines shiny silver with blue print.

Mines gone like that too! Anyone know where can get a new one, thinking about haveing the inner wings re-sprayed to match the external paint colour.
