OZ wheel centres

I was browsing the Estoril wheel centre subject in the hope of finding a solution to restoring the wheel centres for the OZ wheels on my 92 Griff.

The rims are now looking lovely and polished with replacement chromed bolts but the centres are looking a bit jaded.

Has anyone any tips for me to try or is it a case of my sending them off for a professional refurbishment? If so could you recommend someone reliable and prompt please, as I run him weekends all year round.
