Tyre recomendations...
Discussion
We've managed to wear a pair of Bridgestone SO3s out in 4 months (5k miles) + whatever Beano500 used them for. Is this normal?
What do people recomend as replacements?
The Bridgestones worked very nicely but they don't seem easy to get
What do people think of Toyo Proxies? I think they are excellent on the Impreza, but am unsure on the Griff.
Do Goodyear do an F1 for the Griff? What's it like if they do? (Again, this tyre works wonders on an Impreza)
Transport to Micheldever costs about £60 and a day off work for me, so it had better be a good deal!

Oh - it's you!
I saw "Tyre recommendations" and went SO3, SO3, SO3!!!!!
I stuck with them (there was a lot of debate a few years ago when the SO3 replaced the SO2 and loads of people said they were parc) because, as you know, I found the wear rate reasonable and the feedback really good - better than the SO2s they originally came with.
Once managed to misread my tyre gauge and drove them significantly over-inflated.
didn't make that mistake again!
