painting my nose
Discussion
I have finally got round to spraying the front end of my griff for stone chips and a tidy up as you do. I have a issue of what looks like the paint separating on my bonnet. Anybody come across this as it does not look like the normal star crazy you get in the fibre glass this looks like it's in the paint could be wrong, how's the best way to deal with it.

This looks like localised delimitation, where there has been a separation of paint from the base, causing it to crack! Best option is to unfortunately return the whole bonnet back to the base coat, apply a sealer coat to the base, very light rub down, apply primer/filler coat, fine rub down, fill small pock marks and fine rub down etc, apply colour coat, then up to three coats of lacquer, when cured complete buff up and polish. My whole Griff was stripped and done like that and it came out stunning.
