Picked up my Griff from Webbs/TVR Bodyshop in Bristol Friday night after a 5 week £7000 respray and refit and the same night some low life who can't park stuffed one of my wings in and drove off. £650 down the swanny!

I thought that only happened to other poor sods, not me.

Whilst in Austec this morning they showed me another Griff that had been keyed in an unbroken line all the way round and he told me of one punter who was washing his TVR, went in to refill the bucket and came out to find it had been keyed.

God help the little sod if I EVER catch someone doing that to a car especially a Tiv!

What is going on? can somebody tell me. I am flipping livid.

Sounds like a bunch of jealous little b******s to me!

They hate to see anyone with something better than them.

If you do catch them, please feel free to put the boot in on my behalf!

sorry to hear that mate, you really must be gutted.i know it may seem like little consolation at the mo,but there are two little rays of sunshine still to console yourself with, after youve finally calmed down.the first is that i honestly think although obviously you never want it to happen,id rather have it done now than later as at least youll still be able to get a perfect match on the repair as the paint is still new,and secondly dont forget that you still drive the best sportscar that britains ever made-the jealous little sh1t hasnt taken that from you now,has he!-chin up.

has it really gone this way?

how sad!

i always had the...

Nice one mate

Whoa!

blimey thats loud!

TVRRRRRRR!

etc.
it was the mates who had Porkers and Fezza's etc that felt they couldn't park them anywhere for risk of damage.

only prob i have is that when its parked, miles from anyone, you can guarantee that they'll be cars all around it when i get back in a little island!

Like you, I thought that kind of thing only happened to others - but to me as well. Sitting at a roundabout and a truck simply drove into the side of my cerbera and cracked the offside rear wing, pushed me though 90 degrees and drove off. Rest of this tale to sad to go over again. still back on road now and keeping well out of the way of trucks. And a friend of mine came back to his convertible only to find some little w4nker5 had burnt 5 holes in his roof with cigarettes!!

I had my Griff front end resprayed, the very same night as i picked it up, someone walked 1/4 mile from the locked gate, picked up the car cover and knifed the new paint.

So when can we expect the Mod-wise electrified car cover David?

It just beggars belief, it really does. I'm just lost for words.
