Hi all, Ive been searching the breakers without success. I'm looking for a 500 re-circ flap servo assembly. It's the one that lives on the floor on the left hand side of the passenger footwell. If anyone has or knows of one I would be grateful if you'd get in touch. I'm also still looking for some original black heater control knobs too.
Cheers Mike

I presume you are referring to the heater control/bypass valve? Perseverance is the key...I was on the phone to the the usual suspects every week for about a month before tvr Glen finally 'Phoned ME' to say he had one. (sad to say, but now is a good time of year to start bugging salvage companies given the bad road conditions).

I still have my old one somewhere as i was going to hunt down a suitable stepper motor for it so i had a spare unit for the future...drop me a line if it is of use to you.

No its the recirc flap servo not the water valve servo. Its not so much the servo part I need so much as they are still readily available, its all the mechanics that come with it that would make life easier than making my own. If I cant find one I will have to copy one if someone can let me take a close look at their's.

I might be able to help you here. I am sure I have a spare tucked away somewhere in my spare parts pile. I made a new one with a better chance of working properly when I replaced the heater assembly in my Griff.
