Thinking about having a look at this car-has been sold twice by Tony Gilbert. Has anyone on here owned it?

Another one which has caught my eye is the 1996 blue car advertised by Sunami Motorcycles 71 GO. Been for sale for a while and now at MV. Again, does anyone know this one?

Hi Everyone, I've just come across this thread whilst browsing through old posts on PH. I acquired this car in May last year, following 3 happy years of Chimaera ownership. The car was driven home, put in the garage for 4 weeks whilst I was on a business trip, and then driven to France in the middle of last year's petrol tanker driver's strike. With the exception of a few electrical niggles, (ironically, most notably a poor connection affecting the fuel gauge in France) the car has performed faultlessly.

The car now bears registration number K666 LJE, I don't know if Tony still has the V8 EUR plate. The car was previously registered S5 GRF, D5 PJR and L18 MCA at various times. I have a lot of history on the car, but if any Piston Headers out there know of the car, especially its early life 2000 - 2008, I'd love to hear from you
