Clearing the in-laws loft at the weekend a found a number of what you could describe as TVR postcard sized pics, specs and price lists. No idea what date they were but I found this set. Do any of these Speed Six cars exist or was it planed but never delivered?

I believe it was exhibited at Birmingham but never went into production. V8 Griff will know.( I really like the body work).

it was exhibited at earls court one year, eventually turned into the tuscan project. the yellow car was a very early prototype , the interior consisted mostly of cardboard cut out shapes trimmed in velvet material from memory.

Body destroyed I believe.
I like the subtle mods to the exterior. Not sure it ever had an engine though, in usual TVR style, probably finished (ie made to look good) seconds before the show opened.

It was indeed destroyed but not before having several body mods, including some shark gill vents, dreadful rear lights, and a few colour changes.

TVR did run prototype Griffiths with Speed6 engines but as FFG says not sure if one was actually fitted to this car.

Not particularly successful rear treatment

Tweaked version in metallic grey with mods

Interior of first prototype
