Interior Colour Schemes

I own a 92 4.0L - racing green.

I am about to get the interior renovated but am really struggling to decide a colour. There are many photo's of exteriors on the net but not so many of interiors.

Any inspirational photo's would be a help.

Cream carpets with green piping always looks nice with BRG but cream shows the dirt. I'm currently swapping my cream carpets for maroon for this reason. Are you doing everything (carpets, dash, seats etc) or just the carpets? What colours do you have at the moment. If you're not changing the seats then your choice will have to match them or alternatively you could get them painted.

An early magazine article (think it was performance car) had a precat griff in racing green with black hide and an alloy dash - very, very classy.

I am planning to do the lot with the exception of the dash top cover which been done recently in a nice black. I will be fitting a new aluminium dash as part of the work.

Currently the car interior is black. My thoughts have been around a combination of cream and black or all cream with the black dash top.

No picture but I have seen a nice aston and a range rover in tan with black piping - very classy.

If it's not a horrible question, how are paying for the retrimming of the inside. As I'm looking for another Griff at the moment but the ones I like have tired interiors. If I knew what a retrim would cost it gives a clearer idea on price etc. and lever with the seller a to get the price down a bit

About 500 squids for fitted carpets. And its about £250 to refurbish each seat (although probably more cost effective to just get em painted). From memory of reading other threads I think replacing all the other trim in full leather is about £1000 as its a bastard job but dont quote me on that one.

I live in Thailand the costs don't reflect those in the UK.

Cost for replacement carpets, all leather including seats and fitment will be about 450 pounds.
