Torque Torque

Would anyone know the cylinder head bolt torque settings and the inlet assembley torque setting, God they are tight

Inlet manifold torque is nothing special, perhaps they've corroded and seized? According to my Haynes comic the silly heads are around 65 lb-ft for the longer bolts and 45 ish for the shorter ones.
